Having trouble with SEO and need some help
Well it has suggested 4 things that i should fix, the thing is I'm not sure how to fix them and i need some help with this. I have included a screen shot of the errors below if you guys could take a look at them and let me know how to fix them i would really appreciate it.
Let me add that i have tried removing a description and it just gave me another error. Thanks in advance!!

To remove those duplicate h1 tags if you use all in one SEO change the title and the description of the affected page and done....thanks Jay for that....had same problem few days ago....made the change....good to go.....
Howdie,
From the screen shot seems Bing says there are multiple H1 tags .. Just try using H2 & H3 in the post area. The multiple descriptions could be as simple as a plugin used and a description added on your page template as well.
