Domain flipping and what all is involved
I have been doing lots of research on the net about domain flipping, looking a lot into local domains and seeing a few really good ones in my area. A lot of people are wanting to sell you a domain flipping package, but I'm not trying to spend any more than i need to.
I thought i would ask my WA family what all is involved with this process. Some local domains I looked up in Jaaxy has got some really good numbers. I am wondering if these numbers are pretty good or not . I know the QSR is good but was wondering about the rest. Monthly searches is 171, Estimated traffic is 30 and QSR is 1.
Kyle wrote a e-book about this and he said if it was a local domain traffic wasn't that big of an issue but QSR was so I'm just trying to find out everything i need to know.
Another thing is what all do i have to do after i buy these domains? Should I add any blog posts to them and if i wanted to sell positioning on them how would i go about doing that. I would appreciate all your comments on this.
Thanks

A QSR or 1 is pretty much a shoe in for a number 1 ranking. The keyword has to make sense (sometimes they don't). I would suggest you run the keyword into a Google Instant search and as you are typing see if it is one of the terms that Google is predicting for you.
If it is, it is likely a keeper. If you have any questions about this or want me to have a look, you can PM me the domain in question.
This post is perfectly timed as I have new training coming later tonight that is about the business of local domains :)
