They said I had a previous account that was deleted so I was not qualified to open a new account. I just responded to that email from them and I stated that this is my very first book and so it is the very first account I have opened. The very next day my account was reinstated with both the Kindle version AND the paperback version. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

That's great. I guess it was just an error in the system then.

Yes they are too quick to cancel accounts without any inquiry.

I am sorry to hear you had to go through the frustration of having your account canceled, they do cause us much anxiety with the way they do things

It was a bit of an obstacle and frustration but at least it took me only one day to overcome it.

You are right. Kindle was sloppy with my account. They should apologize with a $2,000 check. Anyway, I will be busy trying to advertise my book on social media platforms.

You would think Kindle would manage their clients accounts better than that. Its cool that you are promoting a book, can you share a little about how you got started with this book?

I thought about using Kindle myself in the future, but after your experience I am a little hesitant now.

I got started with it because MelWaller did a couple of videos showing the process of getting a book published on Kindle. Also, Shawn "Wildlife Explores" as well as John Maluth occasionally mentioned their published works. I decided I had to get published also. I followed the instructions in MellWallers'videos. I just got carried away with adding biographical material to the outline I got from ChatGPT so it took me longer than it should have.
