I have just smashed 1000 followers and I have been part of Wealthy Affiliate for almost 2 months.
I just wanted to share this image. As my website is based on Becoming Healthier this image really does sum up what changing your lifestyle does.
When I was 14 years old I weighed a whopping 17 stone (238 lbs) I now weight 11 stone (154 lbs)
