NO! I Do Not Support Capital Punishment
.It is so easy to ignore what could cause someone to commit murder, but it is a question I always ask myself every time I heard of such a crime.
I believe such a person, is mentally ill and need to nurse to good mental mindset.
It is my view, that person who has committed murder are not to be kill, for we must always respect life even the murder's life.
I can hear you! capital punishment is still very much part of our statute book and that’s what he deserve”.and it is law.

I know what you mean, the jury found him guilty therefore the judge had to sentence him the death penalty”, HE HAD TO. OH PLEASE.!
What does he know about this young man except the fact.HE KILL SOMEONE.
Did the Judge or the jury knows any thing about his up bringing,the way he were never corrected as a child. He never learn this were not his and he should return it, he should not beat the children for their toys, because its not his,never learn to say thank you or i love you
Did they know he has never been admonished by his parents?

tYou mean, his is not an accident. The guy invaded the people’s home with the intention of committing burglary, he was caught in the act and consequently stabbed, the lady of the house to death. What is wrong with you?. Have you forgotten”?.Is this what you thinking?
Look, the question is whether or not it is morally acceptable for the state to execute people and if so under what circumstances”.
The state cannot say to society, that we must not kill and in the same breath, the state is doing the very same thing by applying the death penalty.
What example are they setting?
The offender’s life is just as valuable as any other life, including the life that he took.
I believe we should give due consideration to the value of life and by virtue of this, the perpetrator’s life should not be destroyed because he has been found guilty of murder. Yes it’s hard.
I would suggest to the authorities that instead of gallows, that they implement a well tested and workable rehabilitative programmed.
I am of the view that before the death penalty is imposed on someone, the case should be thoroughly reviewed to ascertain that all other options have been exhausted.
I believe we need to look beyond just the crime.

We saw how angry and frustrated his father was with him.
We saw how his father started unleashing stiffer penalties on him and resorting to even physical abuse. Was that the way to go? Who do you think should be blamed?
Who do you think should face the death penalty now?
You and I viewed from the outside with our hash criticism, what did we do to help that child?
We all are responsible to help our social environment, when we sit back an watch a child being abused and say this is not my business, Well, you know what, it is our business.
Let us take a look at the people on death row, how many of them should really be there.
what kind of life they had.
How are we helping by executing them?

Are we doing enough, to ensure that our children are raised in an healthy social environment.
let’s do all we can to help the children that are being abuse around us, they grow up and choose a life that matches the environment in which they were brought up, believing it is right for them because it matches where they came from.
Sometimes all they need is someone to listen or a motivator or an expression of love and care. Can we honestly say we’ve played our part?
Let’s not turn a blind eye? These same children comes back into society and change our world form the better to worse. It all depends on how they were raised.
Let us be more open to what is happening around us every human being has a right to life even those who committed murder.
Sentencing a person to death and executing them violate that right. This does not make us any better than they are. Let us find the right program for them and restore them back to the loving creature they meant to be.
