Dilemma With A Post

Hi Everyone!
I've just posted on my site, but wanted to see if any of you know how to post about something and then link to 2 additional posts but make the post only be seen through the link to each?
Do I need to make separate pages to do that?
Confused!!

I don't know if there is a way to have a post without it being shown so I use a page then publish it but leave it off my menu. This way you can link your post to the page.
