Don't Miss International Sales With Amazon

Until recently, I didn't realize that when I have international readers clicking on my Amazon links that I wasn't able to make any commission if they purchased something. I thought, there might be a few others out there that might be in the same position as me, so I am hoping this will help for anyone else that was unaware.

Add The Amazon OneLink

Let me start with the fact that I don't, at this point, have tremendous traffic on my site. I average around 100 to 150 people per day and most of my traffic comes from the United States, but not all of it.

I recently learned about Amazon's OneLink that allows you to sign up with Amazon for other countries that they service. I thought I would give it a shot and see if I was missing out on anything.

It is very easy to set up by first going into your earnings on Amazon and then choosing the OneLink from the Tools drop down menu.

Once you select OneLink, it will take you to a screen like above and follow the 3 steps to get your Amazon account set to cash in on international sales.

You will still be required to get 3 sales within 6 months for each of the countries that you sign up with, but that commission will be included with the payouts from your original country that you signed up with. That means if you are having a hard time getting your monthly minimum payouts, you will have the other countries earnings included, making it easier to reach your minimum.

Like I mentioned above, my traffic is still not at the level that I am hoping for, but within 3 weeks of signing up for OneLink, I had my 3 sales in Canada and 3 sales in the UK. I had no idea that I was missing out on anything before, but it helped me see that I was and I earned an additional $30 within 3 weeks from other countries.

You never know what you might be missing out on until you give it a try.
