I was trying to find out what holds most people back to reach their dreams and do what they love. Over my life, I met people all over the world from different backgrounds. I got to know very smart and skillful folks on my way.
What I have noticed is most of the people don't move towards their goals to reach good life. It's not because they are not smart, it's not because they don't have skills! It's not because they are white or black, poor or rich or any of that stuff. The number 1 thing that holds people back is lack of Motivation.
I got all my motivation by doing things I Love and I'm Passionate about. Once you get enough motivation, you will never look back and you will be on the best way towards your dreams. So find what you love, what makes you happy and get that Motivation!
