My Crawling WA journey
Hello beautiful WA community! Mabuhay!
I am probably the most slow-progressing member here in WA. I have been a free member since October, became a Premium member in November and now 2 months in the group and so far I have only posted 4 articles including the About Maria post. Ooopps, I forgot to mention, I also made a Health/Medical Disclaimer page as per the ever helpful Haly's suggestion. ( she is the only one who gave me feedback on my website when i asked for one in the group, so now I'm taking advantage of her lol). Sorry Haly and thank you ever so much for your help. 😊
Yesterday, I got a message that my 2nd post has been indexed by Google. Just when I was planning on slowing down some more after I posted my 3rd article as staying up late doing research and writing is taking a toll on my health. Hurray! Thank you Google for the encouragement!
Before my ever so supportive mentor Dale starts to think that I am ungrateful, I also would like to thank him for always checking up on me and asking if I need any help. I really appreciate it!
And of course, another person who always checks up on me iand sends me encouragement is Kyle. Thank you as well.
Looks like this is becoming a Thank You post! lol
That wasn't my intention when I started writing this. I just wanted to acknowledge and announce my being super slow to the whole community. And of course, my plan to go slower!
Yeah, maybe I can aim for the title "Turtle Queen" or "Queen Turtle", which one is more suitable? 😁
Have a great day ahead folks! And goodnight to those on the other side of this beautiful world.
Always be safe,
Maria

Fantastic progress, Maria! Don't worry, there are a lot of turtles here and I am one of the biggest!

Way to go Maria!
Like most others have already said below, you definitely don't need to concern yourself with going at a slow pace-it's just all about those 'baby steps' (as Simone taught us about in a recent post).
I can definitely say I can relate too. I'm almost 2 months in, and have still had nothing but trouble finding the time to do a lot of things with my website and WA.
I know how you feel too, once I start thinking of blog post ideas, I do find it hard to switch off, but have to, due to my parental responsibilities among other things.
You likely have your own methods and tricks that work for you,one thing I do, is if I know I'm not going to have time to write a whole post etc, I'll often quickly open a new blank document in site content section, scramble down a bunch of notes, or an idea I'm considering regarding my website, and just save it there.
That way I know I've at least got it down, and can return to build it when I have time at a later date. Anyway, I wish you all the very best with continuing your online journey when time allows. :-)
Hi Matty,
Juggling family responsibilities, work and business is definitely not easy...and I have all those too. I usually jot down my ideas in Word before i transfer it onto Site Content. It's working for me so far. 🙂
We started about the same time. Goodluck to both of us!
All the best,
Maria
I agree. I want to be quick but my business will suffer. Continue to strive for success Alicia

Maria, the pace at which you move does not matter at all. You must get things done in your own time frame. What does matter is that when you crawl, it is always in the forwards direction. Keep at it. Best wishes, Jenni
Thank you, Jenni. Oh, I am so crawling forward til i reach the finish line. 😂
