Questions Concerning Facebook Setup

Again given my newbie status with building my online business I feel somewhat exposed when it comes to Facebook. I have a personal fb page and keep it tightly under wraps.
I have set up a fb page completely separate from my personal one and within that page I have set up a page I manage linked to my website.
Question 1: As this fb is 100% for my online business connections is it safe to leave it completely open to the public or am I asking for problems from those less trustworthy individuals out there in cyberspace?

Question 2: Short of it being obvious that someone who is attempting to friend me is a skank, do I open my friend list to anybody who wants to join in?
Question 3: What security measures do any of you more knowledgeable online entrepreneurs recommend?
Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Marianne
