From travel content to my first Stay22 commission

I'm writing this while sitting here with a big smile on my face, and I owe a huge thank you to a few specific people.

I first started building my travel website after following Jay's Pinterest training. Like many of us, I've always loved traveling, but I never thought I could build something around that passion and make it work.

I watched Vitaliy's short videos, where he talked about the Stay22 travel affiliate program. He showed us how he was creating travel content and openly shared his successes.

Inspired by his journey, I applied to the same affiliate program, started implementing what I learned, and began creating and publishing my own content.

At first, I was checking my stats every day, even though I knew I probably shouldn't be. Eventually, I stopped checking and focused instead on creating content.

Fast forward to today: I just earned my very first commission. It's not much, just $0.80, but it's a beginning.

It's not a huge amount of money yet, and it certainly won't fund my next trip, but it is proof of concept. It's definitive proof that the teachings works, the training works, and that a regular travel lover like me can actually do this.

To Vitaliy, who took the time to create those videos and share his journey: thank you. Your honest and transparent approach gave me the confidence to believe I could do it too.

To Jay, who created the Pinterest training series that I followed step by step while building my travel website: thank you.

And to anyone currently working through the training, feeling a little overwhelmed, or wondering whether it's worth it: keep going. Trust the process, learn from the people who are a few steps ahead of you, and keep building.
