2 Glasses of water a day, keeps the dehydrating away!
hello my fellow WA'S, It is 9:33am on a beautiful Tuesday morning in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Going on about my day i had my first everyday glass of water and knew I had to share the benefits of something so simple as drinking water daily.

Water = H2O =Hydrogen + 2Oxygen
For anyone besides the ones that loved chemistry class, this must be a bunch of mambo Jumbo... But it means that water consists of both Hydrogen and Oxygen (no need to get into the algebraic term that the 2 stands for)
We need Oxygen to survive, it is a given!!! Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Thor (god of Thunder) any superhero ever created or that you know of, THE HULK!! every single one of these superhumans needs oxygen to survive. I fills their lungs with the necessary oxygen to expand, it also gives the blood the amount of oxygen it needs to stay liquid and be able to travel all around the system, and it maintains our brain calm and refreshed.
What happens when our body has no oxygen?
Well, if the body has no oxygen it first starts a stage of panic, all your senses concentrate only on the Oxygen you need, and nothing else leaving you vulnerable to your surroundings.

I want to share a little secret with you today... did you know that the second you feel thirst, your body is already more than 50% dehydrated?... crazy I know.. all that time until you decided to drink water there was no hydration inside you. imagine an engine running without gasoline.. or a set of gears grinding each other without oil.. not a pretty sight.
This is whats happening to your body, everytime you are thirsty. Just something to think about.
Conclusion!!!
Keep hydrated, at least 2 glasses of water a day is ideal for a better lifestyle. I am no medic, no doctor, but I know water!! :) Thank you for reading and please after you read this drink a glass of water, and Cheers yourself for loving your body!!!

Hello Miguel,
I agree with nearly everything you said above, and genuinely do think this advice (although ludicrously straightforward) is so frequently overlooked by so many people. What really makes me laugh is that some idiots replace most of their daily fluid intake with fizzy drinks, which are high in sodium and add to dehydration even further!

Omg Simon, that is soo true! I used to know someone that I SWEAR IM NOT LYING.. Used to have 15 coca cola cans per day!!! Insane.
