Balance
Hello and good morning,today I'm blogging about food and financial struggles.No matter how much we all fool our self, we love burgers,fries and fattening chilli but we force our self not to eat those because we're scared of the calories. But why don't we just do balanced things.
Instead of making the burgers out of fatty pork we can make it out of lean pork or real non-salted fries that are healthier for you. Even a nice little bowl of tofu chilli can replace the regular beef one. The same thing goes with the financial part in life,we rarely want to do work because we're scared of strain and that's calories in the food equation. What we should do is take our time, because if we no longer like our weight[strain] and just stop working we will become couch potatoes [no money]. So like everything else, to much strain is not good for you, so take breaks and have fun you'll be a salad,really healthy.
