Life and it's challenges

Everything in life has its own challenges, be it personal, business, marriage, relationships etc. How we cope with these challenges require the inner strength, and the support structure sometimes especially when you deal with difficult circumstances.

challenges may lead to something good

At a first glance challenges may seem like they exist to make our lives miserable. It may seem so because often times we look at situations through the lens of emotions and this way we fail to see the big picture because our perspective is somewhat distorted. This is the reason why we delay to finding the solutions and we suffer unnecessarily.

Holding on to things is one thing that perpetuate our sufferings. The things we produce or create are the extension of who we are. We need to realise that things come and go in this world of the impermanence but we can remain unaffected at the core if we learn to separate reality from illusions.

Identifying with these things cause us pain and pain will try to make sense of the situation and mostly its from a skewed perception and you find yourself going round in circles. The longer we stay in this state of mind the more we suffer emotionally and the more the truth is distorted.

When we look at situations from an objective view point the sooner we discover the truth.

Acceptance is key

Once you discover the truth, accept what is and try not to fight it, you are freeing yourself from being entangled in the mind loop, the inner monologue that we engage in. Most often than not we talk ourselves down. We agree with our inner critic instead of listening to the voice of reason.

When we are in right frame of mind we are able to see the opportunities that come with a challenge instead of perceiving it as a thread.

Nothing last forever in this world. When something comes to an end. Something new begins. Its the right attitude that helps us to see that.

People's opinions of you

We tend to worry too much about what people think of us. People will always talk, beside they also have their own stuff that they deal with. Treat people's opinions of you as merely an empty noise and some kind of a distraction.

Stay level headed and you'll have a clearer view of things
