Falling is part of life getting back up is living

Everything in life begins with a challenge before we can figure things out. Just like a toddler who is learning to walk, when they fall they immediately get back up and try again with enthusiasm.

Adopt a toddler's attitude

A toddler may fall now, unlike adults, few minutes later they've forgotten about it, why? It's due to the reason that the little ones don't have an ego to nurse and they don't take things personally. They stand up and try again.

Adults on the other hand they get stuck in the mind chatter in which they engage with the negative thoughts within. They imagine things that are not there and get stuck in the mind loop for a longer time.

They get stressed out and their emotional well-being get affected as a result. Their judgment becomes poor and they cannot make sound decisions while they are in this state of mind.

Children live in the present moment

They are free little beings and they live in the present moment. They don't store up negative emotions unless they are not raised with love and are violated by adults and lose their inner peace.

Children are spontaneous in their nature and that's the reason for their never ending happiness.

Letting go

We must learn to let go of things that are not meant to be. Try new things or a new approach if it's something that needs to be resolved. Ask for help if you feel stuck. Meditate or pray, whatever works for you, to find peace and clarity of thought.

Final thoughts

Don't let the child in you die, be like a child but don't be childish. Live in the present moment. That's where you'll find the inner peace, wisdom and the never ending joy regardless of the circumstances around you. You remain intact at the core of your being.
