Spam Subscribers?
The other day, I noticed I had a lot of spam subscribers to my page. I was wondering does that affect my page negatively in any way or make it suceptible to getting hacked somehow? Also it something I should be concerned about and should I be blocking them/removing them and it so, how?

Thanks everyone for the follow!! I will follow back, I am just very busy on my last two day of my classes in my masters in business administration. I only like four more classes until graduation. However, as soon as I get these two caught up. I will be interacting more.

Yes it does negatively affect your rankings. You need to manually approve post and use Akismet to help cut down comment SPAM. Don't approve anything with affiliate links or unrelated content.
I haven't noticed any comments or posts from these subscribers. I just get notified that they have subscribed to my page.. but it's a ton of them, just got spammed subscribers in one day. So I'm not quite sure how to remove them?
Sadly there is no bulk removal tool to wipe the fake members but you can disable the ability for just anyone to subscribe in this manner.
I removed them one by one, and as a temporary solution, disabled the subscriber option. It seems to be working for me okay for now, there hasn't been any more since.
