I may have to cancel my membership this June!
Hello all! Something rather unfortunate happened today...
It was rainy on our curvy mountain roads today. My tires locked up on me and I went into a ditch.
No one was hurt!
Me and Baby Jane are fine, and I'm thrilled by that :) Fortunately I was driving slow. My husband said that he could get it out if he put it in Four-low. He was two hours away in Baltimore however. Everyone here is REALLY friendly, and I got a ride home with a lovely family who happen to have a rental home near my house :)
This is where things get sucky
When my husband got home two hours later, we found that it had been towed. Apparently one of the women that stopped to ask if I were okay reported my Jeep... My husband is very angry at her, but I try to remind him that it's only money, and she was under the impression she was doing what was right.
Here's where it get sucky-er
Well, The towing company she called was 30 miles away, and they charge by the mile. ALSO they charge a storage fee for every day it's in there AND they told us we can't come for it until Monday...
And the icing on the Cake
We JUST bought the Jeep a couple of days ago so the title hasn't come in the mail yet... It's not even in the system as OUR vehicle.. If they require us to have the title, Ben is going to have to call of work and get an instant print title from the DMV... (Not good since work is very busy right now AND we lose another day of pay) This is gong to totally drain us.
To Conclude.
I may vanish for a while, but I'll be back! I have money to keep me here until June 10th. So IF we haven't recovered from that by then, then I'll suspend my membership and go back to what I was doing before to make money- SURVEYS. When I did them 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, I made about 80$ Per month. Lol, so, either way I'll be back!
The Lord protected me and my baby. I can't ask for anything more! After I made it home, I sat down and read for a while in the book of Proverbs to calm my nerves. (It's one of my go to books to make me feel better!)
Proverbs 18:10
"The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe."
I called on the name of the Lord and he protected me and my Baby.

Of course, I've overcome a lot worse with a smile on my face! I've got this in the bag :) I could never need more than the Lord, because with Him even if I lose my own life it is a gain~ For I am with HIM!

For that money you may aswell go to slicethepie and get paid more by listening to music... im doing it in order to get money to run my ad campaigns just for testing and catching the good zones and areas to publish in. Not looking for profit just to see what kind of pictures attract clicks

Haha yes, it put a damper on things. BUT if Joseph could truly forgive his brothers for selling him into slavery, I can forgive this lady for costing me some money! Thank you so much! Yes I'm just glad my daughter and I were okay.

I really appreciate that Craig. And I LOVE those verses about how nothing can keep us from the Lords love! It's so sweet and comforting. I also remind myself "Thisnis the day which the Lord hath made: we will rejoice and be glad in it"
