For the past few days, I am not satisfied with the accomplishment I made in my website.

It seems that I have many breaks. I sleep a lot and eat too much but less work.

It is time to pick myself up and dust myself off and back on the saddle.

I am challenging myself to make 5 posts per week.

No more dizziness and no more headaches reasons.

That's good but if you're not healthy in the longterm you will suffer. A car won't go if it's engine is faulty so take care of yourself x

Thank you Kerry for your concern. I am practicing healthy life style now. I am doing some exercise, eating healthy food (less salt, less sugar, less carbs and fats, and more fruits and veggies), and getting enough sleep.

Our health is important for us to perform our work and achieve our goal.

Sounds like a good challenge to me! Just make sure you are taking time with each post and creating good content, not just writing for the sake of getting something up!
