I was in California recently visiting family and came across something interesting while walking with my sister on the beach. We had been involved in a serious conversation at the time and this provided a much-needed diversion.
Laughter is the spice of life. We all can benefit from it.
We all need to find the time to break out of our regular routines to embrace the outdoors and connect with nature. Whether it's the beach, the mountains or planting a garden in your own backyard...it's a guaranteed way to increase your sense of well-being and happiness. Also a great way to work through current issues without disruptions.
