Not sure what aw-snap is. Are you using Google Chrome? It seems to be about the best when it comes to WA and using their tools and such.
Perhaps trying to Refresh your site page? May help.
How about anti-spyware? Malware? Anti-virus?
Do you have these installed and run them on a regular basis?

I have no idea what aw-snap is, but it sounds frustrating. Don't be discouraged. Keep plugging ahead and eventually you will come across a fix.
