I never expected this to happen so soon!

Three weeks ago, I launched my first website - https://www.themoneyplug.com. My ultimate goal is to spread financial knowledge to young adults, primarily college students. Moving out of your parent's house and transitioning on your own can be hard. We don't have our parent's wallets to rely on anymore. Tuition is expensive and, student loans tend to sneak up on you and slap you in the face. Most people my age know nothing about building credit! At this age, you're always on the go. You have to maintain a healthy social life, keep up with studies, work part-time or full-time, and somehow get enough sleep in between. Our bank accounts suffer! When you're in your teens the most you have to worry about is a phone bill. When you hit adulthood, you have your phone bill, car insurance, medical bills, rent, student loans, groceries, cable, and the list goes on! Many of us start to get by on our credit cards which leaves a trail of debt behind! People my age need to learn how to budget or ultimately find other means of income when our paychecks aren't enough.

I'm 24 years old and, I've been a penny pincher since birth. I've never been big on shopping or splurging! If I spend any money, it better be money well spent! I believe that you're never too young to start your own empire. As my website continues to grow, I hope to encourage other young adults to manage their money better or learn how to earn money from home. Working in retail or customer service will shake you to the core. Other jobs are downright insulting by offering $11/hr with a Bachelor's degree! I realize that entrepreneurship isn't for everyone but learning how to maintain a healthy budget is.

Three weeks in, I didn't think that I would start getting traffic so soon. I received an email yesterday saying that I got found on Google! I've finally started to get my feet wet! When I finally got approved by Adsense, that got me excited. Later, I received approval from a handful of affiliate programs including, Graze Box, Shopify, Credit Sesame, Amazon Associates, to name a few. I'm more motivated to continue creating content on my site.
I thought that it would take months before I started seeing any results, I didn't expect to see them so soon. Here's the email that I received yesterday and it really made my day!
