It is so important to ask yourself what exactly do you want to achieve with your online business, in other words, what value are you going to create to exchange for money. I chose the affiliate marketing business model initially because it seemed the least complicated way to start making money in the short term. I soon found out it goes way beyond that. You have to be precise and clear as to what you want to achieve. In my case:

Offer value by creating fantastic information and converting that traffic that comes to see that information into affiliate revenue by recommending products.

That took me some time (and a few hours of listening to entrepeneurship podcasts) to understand and put into words.

So ask yourself, really, what do you want to accomplish with your online business?
