Mostly common routine day to day work people just ignore or never pay attention to it until they really need it or feel like something is missing than they realized the important of this "little doing" is important or part of it to sustain life.In reality the art of breathing in and out or exhale can differentiate between deep or shallow to bring in O2 to your brain to function and keep you going without getting yourself injure or hurt one way or another .
People cannot breathe right is the body contained too much of CO2 easily get sick , fatigue or just getting lazy with their coordination of their hands , legs as well as the mentality easily get bruised everywhere as a whole in well being.

Breath - that's where it all starts.
I love taking a step back out of my day and just focus on breathing for even a minute... Take a few full deep breaths. It's especially great outside where you can enjoy the breathing world around you.

Well said! The world, beyond the clutter and noise, is beautiful beyond comprehension. I especially love just relaxing and breathing in places where trees abound, that reminds me to take a trip to the woods this week.
