Step by step, with some detours on the way
Happy New year to everyone!
I am about to complete Level 2, and I'm so glad to have the possibility of sharing some thoughts about my journey with you.
First of all, I must say that speed is not my strongest area. I am probably the slowest snail in the history of W.A. I joined last year, in August 2018, and I'm only finishing Level 2, so you can tell I'm not exactly a racehorse..! ;)
However, I must say that I've never had a thought that I should quit just because I'm progressing incredibly slowly, and also, taking this long to get here has been filled with some rather amazing 'detours.'
When I joined, I had absolutely NO idea what my niche would be, and it was really bugging me. Weeks were flying by, and I had a big void in my head, jumping from one idea to another, but nothing I had thought of felt genuine to me. I knew I needed something I would resonate with, something that would give me a steady internal drive.
As this inner block was staring to drive me slightly crazy, I decided to start meditating, and at the same time actively setting my intention towards getting clarity about my niche.
A few days into setting this intention I came across an online course which really resonated with me, and I enrolled. It was a course called 'Energy Medicine' with a renown healer Donna Eden.
The course content was based on learning how to work with our own energies in order to feel better physically and mentally, and how to maintain our health with the help of a set of specially selected exercises called The Daily Energy Routine. I got so into this stuff, that I started practicing those exercises regularly, and I noticed a considerable improvement in my physical and emotional health. That winter I didn't have a cold (which never happened before) and I also had much more energy.
I got so interested in studying this stuff and helping others to feel better, that I started writing blogs about it. The process of writing was completely spontaneous and fun. I realised that I have found my niche!
At the same time my productivity started to unfold in different fields; suddenly, a few people around me needed to have a website built. Since I now was with W.A., able to create multiple websites, I got into this and really enjoyed the process.
I also completed and started promoting an album of poetry and music, which my husband and I put together. Then I learnt how to publish an e-book, and released my husband's collection of poems on Amazon and iTunes. Meanwhile, I became an Amazon and iTunes affiliate, but I know I need to learn how to ustilize this properly.
More and more interesting projects suddenly started to cross my way, which was very exciting, but I feel that now it's high time to restart my training with W.A. I have to learn to schedule better and prioritise, and also to say no sometimes, because I often get invited to participate on various projects, for example in the music field (I play keyboards and there are always bands who need a keybopardplayer)
I look forward to continuing my W.A. journey very much. A big thanks to everyone for your support and sharing your stories!
