Very disappointed in wa !
Well, things were going really well. Training was good, websites coming on nicely - some of my pages were even getting page 3 and 4 rankings, all after three weeks. Then BAAAAM.
Yesterday morning I had just started COURSE 6 - "NOW THE FUN STARTS" I was told - SEO, great. I did the first chapter. Then when I came back I was presented on my dashboard with START HERE. All my history gone, no way of getting back to COURSE 6 Chapter 2 (and yes I do tick all the boxes at the end of the chapters)
So after nearly 24 hours of waiting, whinging and general frustration, I'm still in the same position. So I have decided to cancel my membership (which is up for renewal in three days) and join MOZ. Their SEO training is supposed to be excellent.
I have to say I do not wish to cancel, but if I cannot access my training and my websites aren't even hosted here what is the point? Can I still do the Bootcamp Training ?
If anyone reads this who knows how I can solve this problem. Or they have access to Kyle or Carson, please could you bring it it to their attention.
EDIT (20 minutes Later) - Able to get training in Firefox but not in Google Chrome.
EDIT (1 hour Later) - Still not working - takes me to first page of LESSON 6 - then just lets me view lesson one - EACH PAGE then has a prompt for me to upgrade to premium.

That sucks to hear Paul. Hopefully I can help, it'd be a massive shame to call it quits over a technical issue. I understand though, you absolutely NEED this to work lol so I totally get your frustration.
See the screenshots I've attached and let me know if they help. This is how I would access the training if the normal way isn't working. For now at least. Message Carson or Kyle for a longterm solution if you like to tick the boxes as you go.

Ok. It seems the system is flagging you as a 'starter member' instead of premium. I wish I could help you there but there's nothing I can do in that case. That is something I definitely recommend contacting Carson or Kyle about as they will absolutely help you. The downside is, they can sometimes take a couple of days to get back to you but they will.
Hi Paul, so sorry to hear about your frustration, but just like Jason said, if you message Kyle or Carson privately, either will respond promptly (it also depends on where you are on the Globe, I mean the time difference) and sort out the issue. Settle with WA and prosper.

I also noticed my bootcamp training has 'reset' in terms of progress as well lol. I finished it ages ago but your question brought this to my attention. Maybe it was due to system upgrades, I know they've been working on some pretty cool things in the background recently.
