wordpress problem

Hello, i just want to find out if anyone else is having problems on there wordpress site, it seems that when you update any work or when you come back to your site all your work is in text mode but not in visual. I am always having to reload my visual text 3 or 4 time before it reappears have sent note to support and done what they suggested but the problem is still there, and i don't know what to do about it makes it harder to work and do updates on my pages and posts can anyone help with this problem thanks
