12 Steps To Making A Decision!
1. Be fed up: of your situation, of your bank account, of how you look... be sick and tired of being sick and tired! If you don’t reach that point, you’ll be stuck there forever.
When there is no other option than to get out of it. If you don’t make this your step 1 / ONLY PLAN, you’ll be stuck forever.
2. You need to know your why. Your why is what will hold you accountable and keep you going on the days you want to stop. It needs to be bigger than you!!
You will let yourself down more than you will let down your mum or dad or team.
3. Understand exactly what it is that you want to define you. Create an identity for yourself. What are you going to be known for? ... the one that quit or the resilient one? “I want to be defined as someone of integrity.
Uplifts others.” ... don’t just write them, but then actually DO them. You’re defined by the things you do not by the words you write.
4. Tell the universe that you’re ready. Ready to take responsibloty, for the next step, for the next level. ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE.
5. Read books that frame your mind. Used to read romance novels and at the end I was empty.
When I changed books it actually helped me change things in me and in my life.
6. Remove people and places that no longer serve you. ELEVATION REQUIRES SEPARATION. Family too.
7. Spread LOVE! Karma is real. True joy and life and success is giving to others.
8. Daily affirmations. Whether you think you can or cannot, you are right! Daily affirmations empower me. Put them in your chats daily!
9. Move your body!!! If you don’t take care of your body, you’ll make your millions but not enjoy them. It takes massive amounts of energy to build in this industry!!
So move your body. Average person needs 20min cardiovascular activity every day.
10. Meditation and manifestation. Can move mountains. This will bring a power to you like you’ve never seen. There is no right or wrong way to meditation, but can you take the time out to do them.
11. Clean your space! If you are surrounded by clutter then you have a cluttered mind! the lives of others depend on it! Need to think clearly.
12. Adjust your eating and sleeping habits. Food you eat is what creates you. Your body is a temple!! Biologically you need these things for your vehicle to survive.
