Getting Negative Comments on Website
Hi Wealthy Affiliates Warriors!
I posted my first couple of facebook ads. Now I really understand the post that facebook is negative. LOL I got a comment on my website from sheep@gmail.com that my its a scam and I'll take their money. I've giving you the abriged version. It was written with much more worse words.
After laughing, I figure negative attention is attention and posted another facebook ad with more detail and at the end being sheepish just might keep you from earning your true potential!
I can only imagine the type of comments Youtubers got before they turned off the commentary. I am behind the times a bit, but I think it's because of my motorcycle accident makes me sit still now. I am only now noticing these things because I am entering new territory.
I got an email from Kyle talking about when he started back in 2005. In 2005, I was no where near the internet to have gotten a glimpse of this. I wish I had, but I'm grateful I am now.
Facebook Boosts
Running an add to reach a broad audience is hit or miss. I have noticed the clicks have gone up from 0 so that is an improvement. I have a large facebook following so I am excited to see where this goes.
I have yet to take Magistudios Facebook webinar on his facebook study. I want to compare the results with what I have done to what is taught.
In business, you have to take everything with a grain of salt and remember bullies are everywhere.

It is interesting about "negativity". I did a comment review and wrote the truth. Not derogatory, but it really needed some attention to detail. The person messaged me back saying they would never be insulted, but they were. So I suppose they need to do some research on themselves. And that was not my intent. The site needed adjustments. So like what happened to you, you got likes through "negativity".
Even bad publicity is publicity .I know. It's ironic, the person used the name sheep. SMH. It just permeates where they are at and not what I am doing. Thanks for your insight.
Interesting very much so. It's really strange. Some people I know speak ill of themselves and have a significant other, good job etc. I understand being straight up, but when I have attempted to play that card in the past, concerning this particular subject, I gain no ground and am more than likely considered as such just by pointing these strange things out that people cannot see in themselves. I would write a self help book, but what's the point when it goes down like this. Well actually it's a whole other scenario, subject where I'M coming from concerning self help.
At the end of the day, I'm responsible for me and what I do. Simple. And I can still smile too. Thanks!
This is encouraging words that have caught my ears and eyesight at a time when I really needed to hear these words of encouragement.
That is one thing you will get here. Encouragement to press on with that infallible faith. Out of desperation or our sheer stubbornness we shall be successful.

People are great at trolling when they are behind a computer, you should see some of the comments that I have gotten over the years.
It is great to call them out (often times I won't waste my time), but you are very unlikely to ever hear a refute.
Comes with the territory of operating within the online world. :)
Thanks for the experiential knowledge. For my first one it felt good, to just post again.
Remembering what this is about which is sharing my knowledge and earning an honest living keeps me focused enough.

We are going to get that in what we are trying to do. Understand "Negative" that people. Like that dose not have any Goals, Dream or even want to be successful.
I could understand if it was constructive criticism. Even thow we may not like it. But it was going to help us in the end.
But to just be a bullie and say Negative to someone is ashame. Glad we got people here. That not only want the best for their life but others as well.
This is something we all are going to go through. I'm "Happy" to see you push through and not let it stop you form achieving your Goals.
