In the spirit of camaraderie and teambuilding, I was happily following as requested, especially the new newbies since I'm a newbie, too, but a little older one. So, yes, clicking on and following Google+, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. (I was kind of feeling the pressure to create new personas in each of those for each niche, but I'll have to take my time with that one.)
Then, I got a notification on Instagram that was a little off...not recognizing the sender, I muted the conversation thinking it was random. There was another one this morning. This time, it was completely and totally inappropriate, so I reported the account to Instagram and blocked the sender. I then did some research and determined that the sender is a WA member. I have reached out to him via private message in this forum to advise him that his account may have been compromised, and that he should address it.
The point is, you just never know, and this community, while led responsibly, is still vulnerable so stay on your toes! Wolves still run around in sheep's clothing!
