Adobe Spark
I love Adobe Spark! If you have a facebook page, it's fun to make your own meme with your website on it. I find people love to share quotes and making your own is a great way to get your website out there.
Adobe Spark is free, which to me is amazing for what you can do. I've made videos with it and uploaded my own pictures to advertise events or inform people about certain topics related to my niche. It comes with different background music you can add to your video and of course you can record you voice to go along with the pictures.
Adobe Spark allows you to choose pictures from it's gallery or you can upload you own. Their pictures are high quality and you have a choice of hundreds of fonts.
