Too nervous and scared.
Good Tuesday morning all,
I am feeling nervous and scared to show off my site! Lol Did anyone else feel the same?!?.. I have not added it to my profile yet as it is still in the making and I am still on the training and learning new things every time I come on here!
How did you all feel when you first showed someone your website?

I felt the same way and still do when I ask for comments. I particularly feel that way when i ask my family to take a look.

But there was no need...most of us were nervous or even scared at the beginning but as you work through the lessons that soon vanishes. Best wishes.
Hi Lisa. I think it is a great start. Maybe move your privacy policy to the footer area. Remember to add an Affiliate Disclaimer as well.
Could you make the header image full width. That will look so much better.
I know you are still new and learning, but if you are getting better, then maybe a pro pic of you in a header image, like the one you have now, would be awesome.
In your case it is important, because your domain is about you, therefore, branding yourself is what you want to do.
If you brand you, then you won't be effected if you have to change to a different product. Just a thought.
In time you can maybe change the pic in your "about me".
You can find someone in fiverr.com that can create a perfect header image with your photo in it.

same:). I'm still working on content for my 3 pages. I completed one yesterday, two more to go.
Im taking alot of advice as in not to rush it Eddie3, nice and steady, will try and get more done over the weekend :)

Constructive criticism is the only way to really find faults before it effects your long term customers or ranking.
Just take everything on board and at the end of the day, you are in control. =]

It really is a scary thing to do. Even after awhile. I usually have to berate myself and pray it can't get worse than that haha
