It has been a devastating long week!

So I find myself sitting here and trying to motivate myself to get back to it! So to speak. This past week has been a devastating one for me and my family as my beloved nanny may sadly passed away. She had been ill for over ten years with altzhiemers and dementia. Four weeks ago she had a fall at the nursing home which resulted in her being admitted to hospital! She went downhill from there on.... I was there with my mum, my auntie and uncle when she passed, which I found heartbreaking as I have never seen anyone pass away before let alone my precious nanny and my last nanny at that. So to say the least my sleeping pattern is going downhill with nightmares! But then I have to think of it as I was special enough for her to want me there with my family when she passed. I was always the favorite grandchild!
So now I am just finding things really hard to get back into the swing of things, and seem to have lost all heart in everyday stuff....I know my nanny would not want me to feel this way and I know she is now at peace and is finally back together with my beloved grandad alf.. but I just cannot motivate myself....
