Challenges

Did you ever think: How can I possibly learn all that and include it into my work day?

I think we all have, especially if one is overwhelmed with information, and actions and have to know and do's.

That is why there are challenges. Challenges that one is setting up for oneself. Like a 90 day's: Write every day; Challenge.

Or a 21 day's comment every day to two to four other WA Member pages over the commenting system.

Why have 21 or 90 days?

There are neuroscientific facts backing up this range of commitment in terms of how long one has to do and repeat something. Then new pathways and connections in one's brain are made. I leave the neuroscientific part up to my friend and business partner Jeffrey Bado, take a look here, if you like to find out more:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/videre/blog/the-ne...

Like Jeffrey say's right in this Article, it takes 3-4 weeks to have an impacting change happening. 21 day's is the absolute minimum in order to form a new habit. And what habit would be the best to form?

The Habits of ridiculous rich and famous people

Success habits, achievement habits and affirmations and a clear focus on what it is one want to reach.

They all, and I mean it, are writing every day and most likely they do that not even online but in a journal. They keep track of what they did, had reached and which successes they have made. They talk about it every day and where they are heading next.

They have clear plans on which they reflect and continuously test if they move along the direction to accomplish their next goal and targets.

They do a lot more of those things and are regularly engaged in personal development, learning and growing from the inside to the outside and I would say regular meditation is one of the habits they follow to focus and clear the mind and redirect the thoughts where they have to go.

Challenges are not to be mistaken as rallies.

Do not rush through them, do not try to be the king of the hill or top of class, it is only important that you do every day what the challenge ask you to do and stay focused on track to form your habit.

I wish you an awesome time and a great day and see you at your next challenge you setup for yourself.

Invite me over and if I like your challenge, maybe I will join in and form with you together a new habit towards success.

Sunny regards
Stefan

Very nice Stefan. I like the quote in the picture, but...the pathway... not for me LOL

Maaaaaan!!! If you are a Male, you better have a titanium pair of [ you know what ] to challenge that there walk way.'

I fly a single engine plane. At least i have a pair of wings to glide to safety if my carburetor goes south.
How about this place.

see below.

I know, I guess you have to focus on the way and take it one step after another, that's the secret message behind the picture in combination with challenges and that challenges are no rallies :D it is to dangerous for one's success.... *captain obvious mode offline*

hehehe

What an amazing picture! Your blog is fantastic...especially liked the way you explained the importance of time and why.

Thanks, I love this picture, it is so much underlining the importance of focus and clarity of action.

Thank you I appreciate the offer, have a good day

I know all you say here is true...if I want to form a meaningful habit I must repeat it for at least a month before it becomes almost automatic...everything from drinking enough water in a day, to working out to posting on a blog...all true!

1

And the beauty like you say is, that it will be almost automatic after, you just do it not even noticing that you are doing it. And the even better part, it will be fun to do so. :-D
