Honestly don't be to hard on yourself, that is first and foremost outside of any typos or grammar errors. That is what a wonderful Professor in Mexico told me when I went there to learn for awhile. Now with that being said, reach out to someone one-on-one and get the help you need. That would be better because here the answers I believe will be to vague. I agree with Jude, that is first and foremost to make sure that spelling, grammar, and typos are corrected. That affects your credibility.

As for the content, reflect on the positives and eliminate the negative. Make your points more direct with just small supportive subtle notes.

If you want the honest answer, there are numerous typos, grammar issues and spelling errors on there. Are you using a spell checker or Grammarly, or anything like that?
