End of Week 4 Update of Retirement
You'll find no AI here, friends.
This is the end of the 4th week of my retirement. Wow! Where did that month go?
I stopped producing last Thursday, with the exception of Facebook, because I caught a cold and it beat me up a little bit.
Here are the results:
Website - 22 new articles and 3 new pages (one in Spanish and one in Japanese).
Youtube/Twitch streaming - 33 hours of gaming solo and 3 1/2 hours father/daughter
From that came 6x shorts videos, as well.
Youtube Earnings:
Gaming - $15.00 ($5 above recent avg)
Vlogging - $75.00 (mostly seasonal I believe)
Exercise - $3.80 ($ 2 above recent avg)
Affiliate Earnings:
Website Affiliate Links - $10.00 (no change)
Amazon Storefront - $82.00 (less than avg)
Wealthy Affiliate:
Interaction on WA - $52.00 (above avg)
Challenge - $25.00
Facebook:
Page monetized - $1.00
What does it mean in the context of the title? Well, if we only looked at the numbers we would say "Wow, he earned $267 his 1st month of retirement!" However, that is not entirely accurate as you can see by my notes in parenthesis.
The only thing influenced by this month's work was gaming, exercise, WA interaction & challenge, and Facebook.
Everything else was built in the past. Always remember this is a long game and significant things will not happen overnight.
However, as I literally just started by monetizing my facebook page I cannot wait to see the results after 30 days of attention. Bear in mind that it already has enough followers to be eligible to be monetized I just didn't take advantage of it (knucklehead) until I saw Vitaly's (my hero) post about Facebook.
Let's see what happens in January!
Cheers!

Well, that's hard to figure. Because I take breaks and do other things, as well. It's a great question, though. My daughter keeps me centered in that I don't want to work "so" hard that it feels like work. I'd say I'm easily putting in 4-8 hours a day.
That's a great daughter you have! I follow the same principle. When I started back here just over a year ago, I decided that family would come first and I was going to work as much as possible while still keeping it enjoyable.
Wow! Thanks for sharing and inspiring!
I'm also going full-time from January 1st with my online business. Indeed, Vitaliy is awesome. I'm also planning to create my FB page, and I'm eagerly waiting to see your FB page's January earnings (for my motivation).
