Going Yearly Soon
Today I received the best news of my life...
I entered a competition from a well known UK TV show last month. Today I got a call telling me I'd won. I couldn't believe it at first.
I didn't even answer the first call, because it was from a number I didn't recognise. I googled the number to find out who it was and found out it was ITV; one of the biggest TV stations here.
I called back and my phone cut out, but luckily they called me right back.
After verifying a couple of things the nice lady told me that I was the lucky winner of the £70,000 prize (that's $109,000)...
That's a LOT of money!
One of my first thoughts was that I can now buy a yearly premium membership at WA! Well, when I get my cheque within the next few weeks, that is.
It still doesn't feel real. I didn't think real people actually won those competitions!
To say I'm happy is an understatement. Best day ever.

Holy Cow! Congrats on your win and to think you almost didn't make that phone connection. Take at least some of that money and treat yourself to something.
