You have to compare it with Facebook. It's very similar, but the difference is that they offer an earning system.
I've found 2 great ones already:
The first one is called FutureNet.. Of course you can find it by going through Google, but if you want to join me personally, you can do this by going to my website (see it at my profile here at WA) and choose the post about FutureNet. This would be a win win, because this way I can actually contact you as a member of my team.
The second one is called Empowr and again, you can find it by searching in Google, but it's best you'll send me your e-mail address through a private message, because this way I can send you a $20 voucher. Like I've said before, I mostly use them to advertise my website and create some extra traffic!! Similar to what you do with Facebook ads, but these ones offer more I believe..
