I just need to ventilate a little bit.

First of all, if you are not interested in my personal life I suggest you don't read further because I really need to just ventilate a little bit...

On one side, I am the luckiest women in the world!! I am so happy with my relationship and my beautiful daughter!!!! So grateful for all of this!

But on the other side, my life really is hard at the moment!

I won't go into detail about everything, like my physical pains and being without work for some time now (my affiliate business hasn't given me any money yet)..

There is just one thing I really need to get out of my chest...

Why are some people so bad?? Why do they pray for the good out there?? And why don't they get caught??

In september I've worked for about 3.5 weeks as a sales woman in a clothing store... I got a contract of 20 hours (the minimum I was asking for when I took the interview) on saturday... The days I needed to work, were monday; wednesday and saturday. But after I signed, my ex-employer already told me, he had decided to close mondays...

This was the first sign to me, that there was something sketchy about him.. but yeah no worries.

After that it got worse.. For my first day work, I didn't get paid but got a jeans. Colleagues told me that he doesn't pay when needed, with a lot of excuses and a lot more...

I went to the workersbond ACV and explained the situation... they explained to me that I had a few choices, or I would fight the contract because I couldn't make 20 hours a week like promissed or resign without a fight and just go on with my life.

Because of my situation (newborn daughter and house) I decided to not fight it, but just leave it like it was and resign without any regret.

After months still haven't received my papers, I had to reach out again to the workers support team. And things got set in motion, why eventually they fight the contract and asked my ex-employer to make this right.

Now he has taken a lawyer and telling a lot of lies that I just didn't come to work and that's why he had to close! And I don't have any prove this isn't true!

I know this is just a little bit info, but I didn't want to bore you with all the details. I just wanted to ventilate my frustration about these bad people in the world!! I believe I am a good person and always try to see the best in people. But when get disappointed time after time, it get's really hard to keep believing in the good!!
