Great idea! Big topic from school age through work years and even senior years. It sure seems that the stats on it have yet to be truly uncovered. Some bullies learn by having lived it. You could most likely have a very active comments section!

Hey Lamisma40, what a great Idea! I was bullied so much in high school, bullied so much at work. I really don't know why people see me as a weakling and target. I do get to be a little pushover sometimes. Maybe you can add a little discussion about... i don't know... "Is there something wrong with me? Why am I a target of bullying?"... Because i know there's some kids/adults out there who think that its their fault they are being bullied.

Great idea. Don't forget to include a discussion about subordinates bullying their managers as this is something not discussed much, but happens all the time.

I can imagine, my daughter is doing her thesis on this issue. This is real problem in many circles, cyber bullying is the latest very active research field.
