Health and Medical Disclaimer Page for a Diet and Wellness Site
I am still working on building my site, today I decided to put up a health and medical disclaimer page, immediately next to my privacy policy page.
While trying to find an appropriate template for my disclaimer I came across this http://endthelie.com/2012/04/28/health-blogger-could-face-arrest-for-giving-advice-on-how-he-cured-his-diabetes/ It blew my mind. Although he is charging people for advise, which is more than I intend on doing. It seems a little extreme to arrest a man for giving advise.
Remember, While in America we have the freedom of speech, there is also the freedom to sue. Be careful and put the appropriate disclaimers on your page.
This is also pretty important:
Don't steal content! I follow a blogger who recently had an entire article copy and pasted into a linked in article. This is making me even more conscious about my content photos

Good things to keep in mind and it is very sad that someone could be threatened with being sued only by trying to relay a personal experience! I hope you are successful with posting your disclaimer and do not have any fallout from it.
