There's so much floating in my mind that I don't know where to start. Maybe once I have my head in order, I can start this blog 'properly', but for now, I'll just begin my blog by saying my first website is up and running.
It's called 'The Bird With Acrophobia' and it's accessible from my profile page here on WA. If you go into now, you can see there's still a lot of cleaning up left to do, not least that 'Blackbird' logo at the top which needs to be replaced with something a bit more appropriate for my website. I think I might need to change the Wordpress theme as well because it looks a bit bland at the moment. But that's for later.
I've written a couple of posts on my blog since the website went online, one recommending a paid to website and the other promoting a few music albums for Halloween. I thought the latter fitting considering it is the 31st of October today. That said, I've probably missed the boat by at least a month for promoting Halloween related items, but at least it's out there.

In fact, the approval from Commission Junction to use the affiliate links came in just in time for today, so I was able to use the links and quickly throw up the article now instead of having to wait for another year. Talk about timing.
The picture links will direct you to the eMusic website. The good thing about this offer is that there is a trial period of 7 days and your account is credited with $10. You can download as much as you want up to the $10, after which you can cancel the subscription at no cost or continue to use the service by funding your account.
If you choose to cancel, the website will try to persuade you to stay by offering another $5 of credit. If you accept, you are credited with the $5 and your trial subscription continues. In any event, the mp3s are yours to keep, regardless of what your final decision is.
Anyway, if you want to check out my website, you can. If there's anything you want to add or if you have comments about what I've written, then please feel free to leave a comment.
