Hi friends,
WOW, its been forever since I have made a blog. Lots has been going on, trying to get my injury to heal and its coming along great! I'm back at work!
Had tons of computer issues, not good. I had ANOTHER hard drive put in so thats 3 now with in the past 3 months. Pretty sad. Needless to say ( and truly dissapointed ) both of my websites have just taken a complete nose dive.

Really hoping to bring them back. Hope thats not to late. I know life happens though. I just got to build them both back up with good valuable content! So I looked at my site health and its not great. So I went to get the percentage up by asking for comments and feedback! I'll get them up and rolling again!
