Report: Facebook working to create a digital currency
At the beginning of the year, Facebook decided not to allow the advertisement of cryptomessages on the platform because the social network contained fraudulent practices and manipulation of users.

However, the social network is not even against the idea of a digital currency and is said to be developing for itself.

According to Bloomberg, the technology giant is developing "stablecoin" with which users can transfer money using WhatsApp reports pcworlds

Stablecoin will be tied to the US dollar and should be more stable and resistant to value fluctuations compared to bitcoin.

Bloomberg says Facebook will test the currency in India where WhatsApp has 200 million users.

Such a move had long been expected because the social network in May created a group to study the blockchain under the direction of the former president of PayPal. However, we will have to wait a little while before we have something concrete in this regard
