Favorite Quotes.
Hello my Wealthy Affiliates,
I actually have a fun question for you!
What is your favorite quote of all time?
Do you have one?
Why is it your favorite Quotes? What makes it special?
Personally, my absolute favorite quote was said by a ficticious supervillain!
"Some people can read War and Peace and come away thinking it's a simple adventure story. Others can read the ingredients on a chewing gum wrapper and unlock the secrets of the universe." -Lex Luthor
My second favorite quote?
"Different is better than better..."
I think that being the "purple cow" as Seth Godin calls is, is the best way to go about business.
99% of all businesses are the same, why wouldn't you strive to be a little different?
So, Im curious...
What's your favorite quote of all time?

Koda, I've heard many quotes over the years that I like.
Actually, your quote that Gene Hackman said in Superman is one I really like as well!
However, I haven't thought about it in years until I just read it.
Also, you don't look old enough to have seen that version of Superman... lol
Anyway, I'll get back to the point of your post.
Since I can't really pick a favorite, I'll just throw out "Carpe diem" (common meaning "seize the day").
Accredited to the Roman poet 'Horace."
It also makes me think of “Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today.” (Benjamin Franklin)
They mean something to me because "Time is of the essence", I thought that was a quote too, but it's actually a legal phrase used in contracts... lol
Also, did I cheat, I wrote two quotes and a legal phrase that I used to think was a quote... Haha

I learned this quote when I joined the US Navy in 1967
That was the Vietnam war. Believe it or not, that was over 50 years ago. A lot of my friends and shipmates are not here anymore. Soon there won't be any Vietnam vets left. Eight of 10 vets in all branches are no longer alive.
Thank you for your service and I'm sorry to hear that about the Vietnam Vets! (My uncle is a Vietnam Vet)

Don't know who said it, but my fave is "Diplomacy is the art of telling someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the journey". Not that I would want to say that to a prospective customer, but it highlights the importance of words and how you use them.
I like - If you keep doing what you've always done, you will always get what you've always had.
I don't know if this is an actual quote, but I have seen it many times and it true that if you want better to do better in life, then you need to change what you are doing.
"Learn all you can, don't be lazy. Nothing's worse than being stupid. Being broke is bad, but being stupid is what's really bad. And what's really really bad is being broke and stupid. Nothing's much worse than that. Unless you're sick. Sick, broke and stupid, that’s about as far as you can fall unless you're ugly. Surely that would be the ultimate; ugly, sick, broke and stupid." - Jim Rohn
I think my favorite quote explains itself 😎

"The more you know, the more you realise how much you don't know".
I love this quote which I heard many many years ago and I think it's a reality. The information available is so enormous that in our lifetime, we only get to know a fraction of that information.
