Same here in the US! It's like a race and I think as we get older we realize it so much more. I grew in Germany and life was so simple and in a way still is ... small village life .... I value it so much more now and LOVE going back and slowing down ... lots of people don't have cell yet ...it's wonderful. :)

Earlier today, someone wrote about taking time for yourself while developing your business. Interestingly enough, he was already making a 6-figure income before coming to WA, but he felt as if he was always searching for the "next thing", never really taking the time to enjoy life.
For some of us, it will take scheduling "me time" like we would a doctor's appointment. Heck, if we did that more often, we probably would have fewer doctor visits!
