How about your inner world?
No better time than this, Xmas. One regain yourself. Everyone needs to get back to her/him self. Do you recognize this? What are you doing this? Do you take steps to reflect you? What is happening in your inner world?
Are you satisfied with yourself? Have you reached your goals for this year? Or did things turn out totally differentl? For me, I thought I would reach my goal to be a good internet marketer and earn big money a lot earlier. Well, that's not the case unfortunately ;-(.
But here I am with my wonderful pupils and feeling happy:
Nevertheless, I can say that I have quite made progress because I have learned a lot. And what is the most pleasant is that I'm having more and more fun in this sport. I get real power of this internet business.

Ah, yes, the inner world! Mostly neglected! Seeing you in Aikido clothes makes me nostalgic! I began with 50, but couldn't really practice enough because of the huge distance to the dojo. So I gave up. But I really LOVED it and in my opinion, we should start as children, especially women who then have the possibility to self-defense and feel much safer in the world of violence.
