My February Income on Adsense Increased by 51% Compared to January.
Since I think it's good to celebrate even small victories, I wanted to announce you the report I received from Google Adsense. According to the report, my February income has grown by 51% compared to January.
The estimated income from February is $3.90, so it's not much, but altogether I have made more than $10 from Adsense. I have made more money on Adsense than on affiliate marketing. I don't really care where the money comes from, as long as my website makes money.
I'm not saying it´s making a lot of money yet, but my traffic and income is growing. I'm learning more all the time, and I get better at attracting visitors to my site and monetizing it.
Google Adsense definitely has potential, and you can make real income with it, when your traffic grows. At the moment, I have around 1,000 visitors per month or a little less. With more traffic, there will be more income. When it comes to Adsense, you just need traffic, but you don't have to sell anything to get money. So I think it's sort of easy way to earn money.
I want to get better at affiliate marketing too, so that I would get more affiliate commissions. But I have lots of informational posts too, and "fun" posts, quizzes etc. The only way to monetize this kind of posts that makes sense to me is Adsense. So, I'm very happy I'm using it.
Are you using Google Adsense and are you happy with your results? Are you earning more with Adsense or affiliate links, if you're using both?

Did you have a lot of traffic when you applied for Adsense?
I wasn't going to use Adsense but I'm starting to think about it since so many of the WA community are starting to post about making money from Adsense. It's a little more encouraging.
On the other hand though, I've been told that I need enough traffic to get accepted by Adsense too, so that why I ask if you had a lot of traffic when you applied.
Thanks ☺️
Melissa
I didn't have that much traffic, less than now for sure, because it was last Autumn when I applied. I think my website was 4 months old when I applied, so I had some traffic, but not much. You are required to have some content, I think it's a good idea to have at least 20 posts before applying.
Kirsti
so I can apply adsense now
I applied last year, but rejected.
Absolutely, you should apply again. I'm sure you have more content on your site now, if the last time you applied was last year.
I hav 40 posts now.
Great! Thanks for the information ☺️
I have 17 posts and 3 pages so I guess I'll wait a bit longer to apply.
I appreciate you letting me know!
All the best
Melissa
I think 40 posts should be more than enough to apply for Adsense.
