My favorite feature so far is Give and Take.
It gives me a chance to read blogs from other members to see how they write. I also learn things I never knew.
It has also encouraged me to leave relevant comments to other blogs I subscribe to. I am becoming more confident in offering my opinion on content that I find striking.
It all started by commenting in the WA community.
WA provides lessons in engagement as a value of membership.
I wanted to have a workshop in my community under the concept of Member Informed Care. I didn't know how to explain my concept with others without an example.
Since I have been at WA my concept for the workshop is coming to life, because I see the value of engagement here.
