As a premium member Jaaxy Lite is included, but why I cannot connect. Even I reset the password same happen. Anyone please help.

You have 4 options to connect with Jaaxy. You don't need Jaaxy premium right now so click on the button "Choose Jaaxy Lite"

Yes ma'am thank you, Jaaxy Lite now is working for me, I just change email address and pw, it works now. This is what it looks. :) single column?

You don't need to connect it as it used the same details as WA. You can access it by clicking on Research on the left-hand menu and then clicking the Jaaxy Dashboard button at the bottom of the popout menu

... hi Ed ... yes, with WA Premium, Jaaxy Lite is already included...
to access it, it's located on the WA platform under the Dashboard in Research, simply click on it ... and you're there .... see far left hand margin ...

hi Ed ... perhaps a refresh might help ... i just went to my Jaaxy and clicked on Research and this is what it looks like ... please kindly see the screenshot ... you may have clicked further along into Jaaxy upgrade options, perhaps? ...
