Anyone Had Google Verification Issues?
Feeling a little frustrated at the moment. I have a slight headache, not sure if it is due to a slight head cold or the fact that I have been trying to get one of my sites verified by google webmaster.
I seem to have been at it for a few hours now and seem to be getting nowhere in a hurry. In doing so I may have made the situation worse. Sometimes I can get a little too hasty in trying to get things achieved.
I started out with trying to get my site verified using the recommended option. That failed, then I tried to get it verified using the copying the meta tag alternative. I have a feeling I have just complicated things and made the issue so much harder than what it was at the start!
Grrrrr !
I have put a support ticket in requesting help from the technical team. Fingers crossed they don't take too long to get back to me with some help. Has anyone else had the same sort of problem? If so, what was the solution? However, I probably should wait for the tech experts before I try to attempt any troubleshooting solutions!
I hope everyone is having a great day :)
